Ostara

In our continuing journey of building a home in SW Florida, we have had trials and tribulations, challenges and victories, and it has been one hell of an emotional roller-coaster to say the least!

Last week we made some peace, got some much needed relief to our souls about losing all our tress on our land with a very important call that came in.

The day after that call marked the 1st day of Spring Equinox.

“A point of perfect balance on the journey through the Wheel of the Year.

Night and day are of equal length and in perfect equilibrium – dark and light, masculine and feminine, inner and outer, in balance.

But the year is now waxing and at this moment light defeats the dark. The natural world is coming alive, the Sun is gaining in strength and the days are becoming longer and warmer.” -the Goddess and Green Mama

Like a gentle whisper in my dream the night before Spring, upon waking that day I was called to search out what the goddess of Spring is called. Her name is Ostara. She represents this season of Spring, the abundance and fertility of the Earth. She is a symbol of hope, energy, exuberance, renewal, and rebirth.

The Goddess Ostara is symbolized having with her a hare, and when I saw a illustration of her, tears flowed my eyes. It was HER that was coming to me in my recent works in my Akashic Records. SHE is the white hare that appeared to me time and time again. ((This in itself is a whole other blog!))

So as magical as the day can be, it is will honor and pride that I introduce to you all the name of our Florida property and future home site….Ostara Harbor.

And so it is. And so it is. And so it is.
